A Lifetime of Discovery. A Celebration to Remember. This is the untold story of how we made Adria’s 60th anniversary celebration a reality—through thunderstorms (almost), brainstorms (many), and a shared passion for the brand we call home.
Two unforgettable days – May 21st and 22nd, blessed by sunshine (eventually!), full of heart, heritage, and a whole lot of planning magic. On paper, it was a smooth, elegant celebration of six decades of Adria. But behind the scenes? Let’s just say the adrenaline started well before the guests arrived.

As planners, we were prepared for everything. But what we couldn’t control was the sky.
The weather forecast for both days—May 21st and 22nd—looked ominous: rain, and lots of it. The team held its breath, watching hourly updates, refreshing radar maps, and sending hopeful vibes into the universe. While we didn’t have formal seating charts, we did have a backstage overflowing with umbrellas—just in case.
In the end? The skies did us a huge favour. Not a drop fell when it mattered, and the sun even peeked through during key moments. A quiet victory, felt deeply.

Yes, there were many brainstorms. But one question kept circling back:
“How do we tell the rich story of the Adria brand—60 years of innovation, adventure, and transformation—in a way that’s not only engaging, but emotionally resonant?”
That’s when the concept of "A Lifetime of Discovery" was born.
We began with five defining words: adventurous, dynamic, recognized, innovative, and ambitious. These weren’t just adjectives—they became our guiding stars. They shaped every video, every speech, every experience. This was no longer just a celebration; it was a narrative arc that would connect our past, present, and future.
The Stage: Where It All Came Together
Four iconic locations. One cohesive story. Together, they became the perfect canvas for the Adria celebration.
Adria Mobil’s factory in Prečna was the beating heart of the event. This is where innovation meets craftsmanship—and it’s where guests got a firsthand look at how Adria vehicles come to life. Polished, immersive, and energetic, the factory experience served as a powerful symbol of our forward-looking spirit.
The IMV Museum offered contrast and context—a timeless walk-through Adria’s origins and the evolution of caravanning in Slovenia and beyond. From beautifully preserved heritage models to touching stories of holiday traditions, the museum connected every guest to the emotional legacy behind our vehicles.
The Vransko AMZS test track cranked up the adrenaline. An hour away from Novo mesto, this was where guests tested their skills and our machines—tackling off-road trails in the Supertwin 4x4, practicing evasive manoeuvres, and discovering just how dynamic an Adria ride can be.
And then came the jewel of the evening: Kulturni Center Janeza Trdine, transformed for one night into a glittering celebration space. With warm lighting, cinematic storytelling, and world-class performances, it embodied the soul of the anniversary—equal parts elegant and emotional.
Pulling all of this together took months of coordination and creativity. Coordinating timing, transportation, technical needs and guest flows across these four very different venues was an event production puzzle on its own. Were there hiccups? Absolutely. But no microphones were lost, and no dream left unfulfilled.

With hundreds of guests ranging from government officials to Trigano Group executives, journalists to long-time distributors and key suppliers, the guest list became its own living, breathing organism. We didn’t use rigid seating charts—instead, we opted for organic mingling, trusting the atmosphere would naturally spark the right conversations. And it did. Relationships were renewed, future partnerships began, and storytelling flowed from table to table. And those umbrellas? Still waiting patiently in the wings. And at the end of the event, they finally had the opportunity to show us what they were really made for.
Our international media conference was a defining moment. Under the “Lifetime of Discovery” banner, journalists were taken on a journey through the decades—with key milestones, new innovations, and future-forward models like:

The evening gala was pure magic.
Inside the Kulturni Center Janeza Trdine in Novo mesto, guests were greeted with warm lighting, rich storytelling, and stirring performances—including the talented Slovene singer Nuška Drašček. Video stories brought the brand to life, and VIP speakers paid tribute to the people behind Adria’s continued success.
There was laughter. There were heartfelt toasts. The food? Exceptional. The company? Unforgettable.
As the last guests departed and the lights dimmed, our team finally exhaled.
What we pulled off wasn’t just a celebration—it was a living, breathing embodiment of Adria’s story. One written with passion, powered by teamwork, and carried on the shoulders of every person who has contributed to the brand.
There were moments of uncertainty (mostly about the rain), plenty of behind-the-scenes improvisations (thank you, umbrellas), and countless hours spent perfecting every touchpoint. But in the end, it worked. Because it came from the heart.
