EPP

Experience smarter, lighter motorhome construction with precision-moulded expanded polypropylene (EPP), a proven material widely used throughout the automotive industry. Lightweight yet robust, EPP combines thermal insulation with low moisture absorption and excellent scratch, impact and vibration resistance, helping to create a quieter, more comfortable living environment. The material is also fully recyclable, supporting a more considered approach to construction.

By creating each component in purpose-built moulding tools, we can shape parts precisely around the available space and integrate several functions into a single piece. This helps maximise cupboard capacity without increasing the overall footprint, while giving the interior a clean, seamless and factory-integrated appearance. Individual components can also be replaced quickly and cost-effectively, making servicing and repairs simpler. The result is a durable and efficient construction method that reduces weight, improves comfort and makes every centimetre of space work harder.
